3 EASY STEPS

STEP 1 -
Find Your New Tokyo Home!

STEP 2 -
Make A Reservation

You can search & reserve a room on-line.
We will keep the room reserved for you for 3 working days until we confirm your reservation deposit has been transferred to our bank.
YOUR FINAL RESERVATION WILL THEN BE CONFIRMED and the room will be waiting for you to move in.
You may move into a room 7 days after the AVAILABLE date without paying the rent.

Reservation deposit:
Apartment: YEN 30 000
Guesthouse: YEN 20 000

You can pay the reservation deposit by cash or by bank transfer (overseas remittance is acceptable).

Your reservation deposit will be added to the security deposit after you sign the lease contract.

THERE IS NO DEPOSIT REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION

STEP 3 - Check In

On the MOVE IN DAY please come to our office to sign the contract (written in English).
Don't forget to bring your ID (eg. passport, alien registration or driver's licence). Please also bring ID's of all persons intending to live with you.
Please bring the rest of the money you owe in cash to fulfill the contract.

Our salesman will drive you to the apartment/guesthouse by car during the check in.

Procedures

1. First contact

Use this website to fill out the INQUIRY form and send it to us. You can also call us or simply come to our office in Shin Nakano. See the CONTACT page for details.

2. Reservation

We will use your inquiry form to search for a place and if it's available, we can make a reservation for you. You will need to make a small reservation deposit. The reservation formally becomes effective upon confirmation of your payment. Please contact our office to get banking information for a money transfer, if you prefer to make the payment by bank.

3. Contract procedure

You only need one visit to our office to make the contract. You can do it on your moving in date. Our office is open 9:30am - 7:00pm, 7 days a week except New Year's holidays. Our contract is a one year contract with a minimum stay of one month.

4. Moving in

Once the contract is signed and all the money is paid you will get the key. We will accompany you to the premises to complete a walk-through inspection. After this is complete you can live for as long as you wish provided you abide by the contract.

5. Easy CAREFREE stay

In case you find irregularities in the furnishings or should any problems occur, please let us know by phone and we will come as soon as possible to fix the problem. With ours apartments you are never left alone - we are here to make your TOKYO LIVING EASY.
