Calculate how much your final rent will be. Please note that our policy is 1 month notice before your move out date, and if you do not give the full month of notice your rent will be charged for one full month from the day you give your move out notice. For example, if you move out on October 25th, but only gave your move out notice on October 8th, your rent will be charged until November 8th. If you already paid for a whole month of rent with proper notice we will return any overpaid rent with your security deposit.
