Togoshi (Shinagawa-Ku)
 

The station serves the Togoshi neighborhood. Nearby are Togoshi-Ginza Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line, the Togoshi Ginza shopping district, and Hoshi University.
The Togoshi Ginza Shopping District is located next to Togoshi-Ginza Station on the Tokyu Ikegami Line. At 1.3 kilometers in length, it is one of the longest shopping districts in the Kanto region. There are roughly 400 shops lining this lively shopping street, which is visited by over 10,000 customers every weekday. The mascot character Togoshi Ginjiro (“Gin-chan” for short), who appears at various district events and is a favorite with children.
With Gotanda station on the Yamanote line also available, it is easy to get around the whole city of Tokyo from this location.
